A good omen of the Red Lantern Tour was to have a warm smile and greeting as our guide (Sophie) gathered the jet-lagged crop of travelers at the Beijing Airport. By Shanghai, we knew we were lucky to have an incredible Program Director who was multi-tasking every step of the way.

Dear Cindy, We enjoyed our China trip very much. For me the stone forest was the most interesting and the Li river cruise. My husband enjoys the Yangtze River cruise. The best guide we had was in Guillin. Her English was very good and tried to show us a lot. The nicest hotel was in Lijiang. The only thing to say is we spend a lot of time at the airports. Always too early and have 1 hour delay by the inland flight that is a waste of time. But all together we enjoyed it very much and if we met persons in Hallond we sure will recommend you.
