Day 1 Arrival in Beijing (B)
Our guide will pick you up in Beijing airport and take you to the hotel. You are free to explore the city for the rest of the day.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
Accommodation: Spring Hotel or the same class (4 star)

Day 3 Beijing (B+L+D)
One-day excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and century-old Qianmen. Peking Roast Duck dinner will be served at the famous Quanjuede Restaurant in the evening. (Vegetarian meal is available for the vegetarian).

Day 4 Beijing to Lhasa (B+L+D)
Taking flight to Lhasa and meet the guide at the Gonggar airport then head to the hotel in Lhasa city. The rest of the day you will be at leisure for acclimatization or visit local bazaar on your own.

Day 5 Lhasa (B+L+D)
In the morning the guide will take you to the Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple. In the afternoon, together with the guide, you will explore the Barkhor Street, where you can get very beautiful local handcrafts and souvenirs.

Day 6 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Visit the Norbulingka (the summer palace of Dalai Lama) and Sera Monastery (one of the largest monasteries in Tibet). You can have chance to learn more about the life of lamas. Visit a local family in the afternoon.

Day7 Lhasa to Beijing (B+L+D)
After breakfast, our guide will take you to the Gonggar airport to take a flight to Beijing. The rest of the day in Beijing is left for your own.

Day 8 Leave Beijing for home (B)
Have breakfast in the hotel and see you off in the airport.
