    Itinerary
    Day1 Arrival in Beijing (D)
    Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our tour guide and transfer you to the hotel. Free for the rest of the day.
     
    Day2 Beijing (B+L)
    Have breakfast in the hotel and then visit the Mutianyu Great Wall. Cable car is available on the wall. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven.
     
                   
     
    Day3 Beijing (B+L)
    Have breakfast in the hotel and then visit Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world and Forbidden City which was once home to the emperors for over 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Then go to the old Beijing area--Shichahai for Hutong and have sightseeing by men-driven rickshaw. You will be arranged to have lunch with locals in typical residence-Beijing Courtyard.
       
                       

     

    Note: A hutong is an ancient city alley or lane typical in Beijing. Existed as early as hundreds of years ago, narrow lanes, or hutongs were common in ancient Beijing. In the past, several thousand lanes, alleys and quadrangles formed residential areas for ordinary people living in the capital. Today, as the city develops into an international metropolis, its lanes and alleyways are disappearing at a fast pace, but, still occupies one fourth of the city proper, still serve as dwellings for one third of the total urban population.
     
    Day4 Beijing (B+L)
    Have breakfast in the hotel. Visit the China Century Altar, the National Stadium (Bird Nest), National Aquatics Centre (Water Cube) and National Art Museum of China.
     
                    
     
    Day5 Beijing Departure (B)
    After breakfast, visit the Summer Palace. See off.
