Do we eat Chinese food throughout the trip?
 

All breakfasts are western style buffet with juice, milk, eggs, sausage, cereals, and Chinese dim sum plates. It is richer and more colorful than most hotels in the US. Lunch and dinner are Chinese food in family style. The round table dining accommodates 8-10 people.

How about the taxis in China?
 

Taxi service is available in every city in china and the fee varies in different cities. But the price is marked on the window,Taxi drivers are supposed to use taximeter when transfer service starts.
Please be advised that most of taxi drivers in China do not understand English,and it is very important to have your destination written in Chinese so as to show them,Never forget to take the receipt in case you have belongings left behind.

How can we find a laundry service?
 

There are some public laundry on the streets, but it is not so easy to find a public laundry by yourself. Laundering services are available in hotels and cruise ships, usually through the floor attendant or housekeeping. One day dry cleaning and pressing services are available at most of the hotels.

How can you meet your private tour guide?
 

Air Travel: Our tourguide will meet you at the arrival exit inside the airport, he or she will be holding a welcome sign with your name on it. upon leaving everycity, our tourguide will help you check in at the airport, doing all the check-in procedure and shoes you all he way through to the security check.

Train Travel:All the informations such as the train number,carriage number, traveller'sname, and arrival time are already onformed piror to the traveller's arrival. Our tour guide will meet you at the platform inside raikway station. Standing by the carriage with a welcome sign.

How will I be able to contact my family while traveling in China?
 

You can always use the hotel telephone. But be aware that it could be as expensive as $3 (US) per minute. On the Yangtze cruise ships, it could be as much as $20 (US) per minute because they use satellite telephones.

Is it safe for foreigners traveling in China?
 

China is a very safe place for foreigners to visit. Even minor crimes are punished severely, especially if related to foreigners. Vendors at some sightseeing locations may be persistent but are usually polite. Just ignore them if you don't want to buy anything. If you travel with a guide, just follow the guide and his or her direction. If you explore alone, be alert and use common sense.

Is language a problem in China?
  Mandarin is spoken throughout China, and most people in Hong Kong speak Cantonese and English. English is the first foreign language of China and becoming more and more common. In areas frequented by tourists, you won't have a problem communicating in English.
Is the tap water drinkable?
 

Tap water is not drinkable except in some of the hotels. All hotel rooms are supplied with a thermos containing boiled water for you to make tea or drink as you wish. Bottled water is recommended. It can be purchased for about $0.25 to $0.75 per bottle everywhere.

What about the tour guides who serve us on the trip?
 

Clients who choose our private package will have a private local tour guide and private driver+van in every local city on the trip.
Our tour guides are all qualified through the examination held by the state, and certification by CNTA(china National Tourism Administration). They are friendly, knowledgable, and information. Each of them is experienced in handling unexpected situations and problems. They are flexible.

What can i do if there is still some chinese money left at the end of my trip?
 

Money can be changed back into your currency at bank ofCHina, or its branch provided that you still have the reciept of the last exchange deal which is given from Bank of China.

What is the train trip like in China?
 

Train trip is not bad in today's China provided that people choose soft-bed berth.
Train in china has four types of carriages which are : soft-bed, hard-bed, soft-seat, hard-seat.

Soft-bed: Onboard the train carriage there are compartments, in each of which there are four beds, two upper ones, and two bottom ones. It is air-condition and clean, there are two toilets on every carriages with each located at every end of the carriage. Electric water boiler is equipped for drinking water compartment can be locked from inside.

hard-bed: Such facilities as water boilers toilets are also equipped. It has the same configuration as the soft-bed, but the sleeping section is completely open to public aisle.

Soft-seat and Hard-seat: are not recommended as they are sometimes too crowded and noisey in this world's most popular country.

dinning carriage is in the middle of train providing meals and drinks onboard at passenger's own expenditure. Most of broadcasting on the train are in Chinese, and so far very few trains could have it in English

What suggestions do you have for the first-timers?
 

Join a group and visit the most popular places before you explore this huge special world by yourself. With a mind for adventure and goodwill, expect minor changes or not smooth minutes due to cultural or material differences. Relax yourself and enjoy your trip. The Chinese people are friendly to foreign visitors. Your guides are trained, experienced and reliable. Follow their directions and your trip will be smooth and most enjoyable.

Where are the trustworthy places for money exchange on the trip?
 

the most trustworthy and the only places for money exchange are: bank of china and its branches. The hotel you stay(above 3 star)

Why should I bring a converter?
 

Throughout China (including Hong Kong), 220 volt/50 cycle is used. Appliances designed to operate at 110 volts will need a Converter, although some 4 & 5 star hotels provide such converter for 110-volt electrical appliances. Two phase and three phase sockets are commonly used in hotels. You may also need an adapter plug in order to use your electrical appliances. In case you forget it, ask room service for it.
